Platform Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

To register and use the 1 ph platform, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or prohibited persons list applicable under Philippine law.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 1 ph or any of its affiliated service providers.

1 ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending review, and any balance may be withheld until the matter is resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 1 ph platform. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. 1 ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password and logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 1 ph platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you are required to complete a one-time identity verification step. This is a standard security measure designed to protect your account and comply with applicable regulations. 1 ph reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 4. Responsible Use of the Platform

The 1 ph platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. 5. Prohibited Activities

1 ph provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
